A call to arms for all the Caputo's chefs and pizza chefs! Acqua di chef is coming back! Get ready for the digital event organized by Italiasquisita in collaboration with Mulino Caputo that for its 2018 edition puts to the test your creativity with three musts of the Italian gastronomic tradition: pizza, veal with tuna sauce and pesce all'acqua pazza (a typical poached white fish recipe that literally means 'fish in crazy water'). How to play?
Participating is simple: just send a video with the theme "My tradition", transforming and telling one of the three recipes proposed by the contest, reworked in a contemporary key.
The videos must be sent via WeTransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be uploaded to the platform www.acquadichef.com
The deadline for sending the files is September 30th.
The recipes will be evaluated according to the creativity of their making, but also for the attention to the images.
A special Under 30 category will award the young "emerging" pizza chefs.
The winners will take part in a few episodes of Alice Tv and will receive a supply of Caputo flours.
