200g Fioreglut flour
50g mixed seeds (sesame, poppy, flax, sunflower, etc.)
1 teaspoon salt
1 dried origano cucchiaino
1 teaspoon garlic powder
60ml extra virgin olive oil
120ml warm water
In a bowl, mix the Fioreglut gluten-free flour, mixed seeds, salt, oregano and garlic powder.
Add the extra virgin olive oil and warm water gradually, mixing with a spatula or your hands until you obtain a smooth mixture. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more gluten-free flour.
Form the dough into a ball and let it rest covered with a cloth for about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out on a surface lightly floured with Fioreglut gluten-free flour, until you obtain a thin sheet.
Cut the pastry into rectangles or desired shapes with the help of a knife or pizza cutter.
Place the crackers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool completely on the tray before serving.
