Grano Nostrum
Mulino Caputo also adheres to the first soft wheat supply chain in Italy with the Grano Nostrum project , a common thread that connects the Mulino di Napoli to the experience of agronomic companies such as the Green Farm of Grottaminarda (AV) and to the work of many agricultural companies.
The purpose?
Increase the traceability and quality of the raw materials used for the production of Caputo flours.
From sowing to harvest, the entire Grano Nostrum production process is 100% certified Made in Italy .
