Caputo 1924,
the Mill of Naples
Since 1924 we have been working wheat with generosity and passion, to offer professionals and enthusiasts of the White Art very high quality flours, produced with full respect for raw materials and tradition.
We produce awide range of flours intended for confectionery, bread-making, pasta and pizza professionals, with many types of flours intended for different processes.
Authority,
Spontaneity and Tradition.
It is from these values that Caputo's white art was born, which thanks to the experience gained in 3 generations of Neapolitan Master Millers, allows us to guarantee very high quality standards, to ensure that expert restaurateurs and artisans of taste best express their creativity.
The value of our products is appreciated and recognized all over the world, because thanks to the Caputo Method our flours have the ability to preserve the naturalness and authenticity of the flavors to the maximum.
The Caputo method
We have always used a method very slow grinding, linked to the ancient milling art. This allows us to obtain flours very high quality without damaging the starches, the organoleptic properties and above all the authenticity of the taste.
We mix many qualities of national grain which we take from Umbria, Marche and other Italian regions to obtain the basis of our product. We then integrate them with grains from Northern Europe, in particular France, Germany and Finland.
In this way, our products are extremely natural, also because we work them without the addition of chemical enzymes or additives. This is Caputo's White Art, the Mill of Naples.
Grano Nostrum
Mulino Caputo also joins the first soft wheat supply chain in Italy with the project Grano Nostrum, a common thread that connects the Mill of Naples to the experience of agronomic companies such as the Green Farm of Grottaminarda (AV) and to the work of many agricultural companies.
The purpose?
Increase the traceability and quality of the raw materials used for the production of Caputo flours.
From sowing to harvest, the entire Grano Nostrum production process is certified Made in Italy al 100%.
